Quality Support Coordinator
Location: Anoka, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay: $21-$26
6-12 month contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Support Coordinator to assist with product documentation, customer requests, and quality-related administrative activities in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests for product information and documentation.
- Review and maintain product, supplier, and quality records.
- Assist with customer feedback and complaint documentation.
- Support product inspection and testing activities.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Track multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of experience in quality, manufacturing, food production, regulatory support, documentation, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer, organization, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
