About the Role

The Company is in search of a President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for one of its community hospitals. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's mission and strategic priorities, with a strong emphasis on the hospital's relationship with the local community. Candidates for the President and COO position at the company's community hospital should have a minimum of five years' executive leadership experience in a hospital, preferably within a community-oriented health system. A proven track record in achieving strong financial, operational, and quality performance is essential. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated success as a community leader and a deep understanding of the importance of a health system's relationship with its local community.
