Behavioral Health Technician

LUMA Autism is growing, and we’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians! At LUMA Autism, we provide individualized, compassionate ABA therapy within a supportive and collaborative environment. Our approach combines evidence-based ABA practices with Montessori-inspired principles that encourage independence, confidence, meaningful learning, and respect for every child. Our RBTs work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one therapy, collecting accurate data, supporting skill development, implementing behavior-reduction strategies, collaborating with the clinical team, and creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and growth-oriented individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
