Payroll Specialist

Are you someone who loves keeping the numbers organized and making sure everyone gets paid on time? We're a busy CPA firm looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member to join us full-time in a payroll supervisor and bookkeeping support role. What we’ll like about you: Oversee all payroll team members Experience with payroll processing software (Accountants World, Paychex, ADP, etc.) Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience Ability to learn and implement new technology and software At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing for multiple clients At least 2 years of experience in supervising a team What you’ll be doing: Processing payrolls on a weekly basis Reconciling and filing quarterly (941, UCT-101) and year-end (940, W-2, and WT-7) reports Preparation of timely payroll tax deposits Answering payroll client inquiries Assisting with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and transaction categorization What success looks like in this role: Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect Personable and professional, building solid and mutually beneficial client relationships Meeting deadlines and assisting team members as needed What’s in it for you: Full-time with flexible scheduling Health, vision, and dental insurance 401k and 401k match Bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
