We also support a broader population of needs-based communities across our region, including African American, White, immigrant, and multiethnic families seeking access to education and opportunity.The OpportunityAs Esperanza looks ahead, the Board of Directors seeks a mission-focused, experienced, and grounded President & Chief Executive Officer to steward the organization with care, clarity, and purpose. Inspired by a genuine passion for empowering youth, families, and communities, the CEO will be responsible for ensuring the consistent achievement of Esperanza’s mission, while thoughtfully advancing the organization’s Board-approved strategic vision and financial objectives in a manner that aligns with its values and resources. Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and collaborative leadership, working proactively to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders.
