Hardware Asset Manager - Active DoD Secret Clearance

Overview: We are seeking a Hardware Asset Manager to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) at Schriever AFB in Colorado Springs, CO.

Must be a Colorado Springs resident.
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Must have at least 2 years of asset management experience.
Familiarity with IT hardware is required.

Responsibilities:

Support MDA customers as part of the Asset Management Functional Team.
Track and manage the physical location of deployed and stored assets.
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
ssist with procurement and track orders through established systems.
Communicate with vendors and resellers to confirm details and support acquisitions.
Receive and log assets into storage or facilities.
Perform monthly inventory audits.
Manage asset lifecycle including sanitization, excessing, or destruction of hardware.
Restock equipment storage areas and issue equipment to staff.
Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
Coordinate access and support for multiple locations.

Required Qualifications:

t least 2 years of experience in asset management.
ctive DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher).
Familiarity with IT hardware.
bility to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of all IT equipment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
