Role Description This Reddit Marketing – Content Creation position is an unpaid summer internship based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will help plan, create, and publish engaging Reddit content aligned with Peak Alliance’s mission and brand voice, including posts, comments, and community updates. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching relevant subreddits, identifying audience interests, monitoring conversations, and recommending opportunities to increase visibility and engagement. The role will support basic marketing strategy execution, track performance metrics (such as upvotes, comments, and traffic), and prepare brief reports on content effectiveness. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team, respond to community questions, and help maintain a positive and professional presence on Reddit and related digital channels. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage online communities, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand professionally. Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development, especially focused on Reddit communities and trends. Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Marketing to support lead generation and awareness-building initiatives. Familiarity with Reddit, social media platforms, and basic content creation best practices. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision in a hybrid work environment. Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
