Then this role may be the perfect fit.What You Bring to Cambia:Qualifications: The Product Manager I would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 4+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred.The Product Manager II would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. MBA preferred.Skills and Attributes: Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in complex product environments (healthcare experience preferred)Understanding of AI/ML (including Generative AI) concepts, capabilities, and limitations—you know what's possible and what's hypeExperience with the unique considerations of AI/ML product development lifecyclesExperience working directly with technology teams in a product owner or similar capacityStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solution opportunitiesEffective communication skills, particularly in explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience creating and maintaining product documentation, requirements, and acceptance criteriaProven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business valueFamiliarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance frameworksExperience tracking and reporting AI/ML metrics aligned to evaluation frameworksExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitating sprint ceremoniesExecution excellence—you can deliver on the details while understanding the bigger pictureExcellent interpersonal with demonstrated ability to facilitate team discussions and build effective working relationships with individuals and groups at all levelsDemonstrated project management skills including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including formal presentations and the facilitation of group planning sessions.What You Will Do at Cambia: Execute on the AI Product Roadmap: Translate roadmap priorities into sprint-ready requirements and manage delivery timelines for assigned products, ensuring features align with our AI strategyConnect Technical and Business Teams: Translate business requirements into clear AI product specifications and help communicate AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholdersSupport Data-Informed Decisions: Track metrics that measure AI solution success, using insights to inform product improvementsCollaborate Across Functions: Work effectively with data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and business teams to bring AI solutions from concept to realityManage Product Backlog: Maintain well-defined, prioritized backlogs for AI development teams, ensuring efficient delivery of featuresDocument AI Solutions: Create and maintain documentation of AI product requirements, capabilities, and limitations for stakeholder alignmentGather Stakeholder Feedback: Gather feedback from business stakeholders and communicate progress, managing expectations on delivery timelinesSupport Implementation of Responsible AI Principles: Implement ethical AI principles and governance frameworks in product specifications to build trustworthy solutionsDrive Day-to-Day Execution: Coordinate the day-to-day development activities for specific AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical quality standards utilizing agile ceremonies as neededThe expected hiring range for a Product Manager I is $87K - $109K/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $87K - $142K/year. The expected hiring range for a Product Manager II is $104K - $131K/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $104K - $171K/year.
