Business Transaction Associate

Thompson & Horton LLP, a firm which specializes in representing public sector education clients, seeks an associate with two to six (2-6) years of business transaction experience for either their Dallas or Houston office. A background in real estate, condemnation, construction, and related litigation is preferred. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a solid academic record, effective writing and communication skills, as well as a commitment and desire to work efficiently on legal matters. Strong research and writing skills and a broad knowledge base of business issues are required.
