Responsibilities Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to HR Manager or HR Director Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately Provides clerical support to the HR department May assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employees’ questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing paychecks Assist with new hire orientation Assists with recruiting process (calling and prescreening applicants, drug testing, new hire paperwork, employee IDs, parking passes, etc.) Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations Attends Job Fairs as directed by the HR Manager or HR Director Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director #J-18808-Ljbffr Southernhospitalityinternshipprogram
