Workday Data Analyst/ NYC , NY, 6 Months Contract

HR Data SpecialistWe are seeking an HR Data Specialist to manage all aspects of the Firm's HR data and provide analytical insights and recommendations that inform the strategic direction of the firm's people strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global HR Strategy, you will provide analytical support across the firm's HR functions including Compensation, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Recruiting, DEI/CSR, and other core HR activities.Job Duties:Serve as the primary contact for HR data management/reporting, analytics to internal stakeholdersProvide accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR reporting inquiries, and other data requests spanning compensation, diversity, and employee dataProvide data management, systems and analytical support to all HR team membersEnhance efficiency for data collection and presentation, including identifying themes for frequently used data and creating customized Power BI dashboards for HR and other departmentsReview and audit HR Systems including Workday, ADP, and Data Warehouse for data accuracyRecommend operational process improvementsManage firmwide compensation data and support HR Executive Leadership Team with the annual compensation process (providing data in an easy-to-use format, tracking changes, etc.)Produce year-end compensation report for Firm leadershipTest data / file interfaces to ancillary systemsPartner with Workday Specialist to ensure data integrity and efficient business processes exist within the Workday systemProvide outstanding customer service to all internal stakeholders including the CHRO, US and EMEA/APAC Head of HR, Head of Global HR Strategy, Head of DEI & CSR, and Sales Operations TeamJob Requirements:4+ years of HR data management and reporting experience including Workday and ADPExperience leveraging tools such as PowerBI and Sharepoint in addition to other visualization; low code and data warehouse solutions a plusStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working within Human Resources dataProficiency analyzing large data sets and building reports and dashboards; this includes pattern recognition, trend analysis and drawing meaningful conclusions from structured/unstructured data sourcesA Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic recordAbility to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environmentAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersInnovative, creative thinker with the ability to find new and more efficient ways to collect and utilize data to drive business decisionsStrong analytical skillsDesired Skills & Experience: N/A
