What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU at a major regional referral center
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases with state-of-the-art resources
• Participate in 24/7 coverage alongside neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners (NNPs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatric subspecialists, for comprehensive patient care
• Support and supervise residents during rotations within the NICU
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Engage in rounding and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support physician wellness through organized and balanced scheduling

What You Need:

• Valid license to practice as a Neonatologist in Georgia
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
