What You ll Do
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in a 92-bed Level IV NICU.
Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a state-of-the-art facility.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and pediatric subspecialists.
Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage, sharing responsibilities with colleagues.
Support and supervise resident rotations to foster learning and mentorship.
Engage in rounding, continuous evidence-based patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
Deliver family-centered care in a high-empathy environment.
Contribute to patient safety and clinical outcomes within a highly regarded hospital network.
Maintain a balanced and sustainable work schedule supporting physician wellness.
What You Need
Required:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
U.S. medical license or eligibility
Ability to work in the Savannah, GA area
Preferred:
Previous experience in a Level IV NICU
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
