Compensation $20.00/hr Location Spring, TX 77389 Scope The Administrative Assistant I will support a fast-paced organization of approximately 60 employees by providing administrative, scheduling, onboarding, and event-coordination support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who enjoys helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Executive and Calendar Management

• Manage complex calendars for three to five managers.
• Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule meetings across multiple teams and time zones.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and help ensure the efficient use of leaders' time.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, staff meetings, and leadership sessions.

Office and Team Coordination

• Support the daily administrative needs of approximately 60 employees.
• Reserve conference rooms and meeting spaces.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and catering when needed.
• Maintain and update distribution lists, email aliases, and user groups.
• Order office supplies and submit maintenance requests.
• Maintain records in accordance with company policies.

Employee Onboarding

• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires before and during their first days.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and first-day logistics.
