What You'll Do As our AM Culinary Supervisor , you'll play a hands‑on leadership role in our restaurant kitchens, setting the tone for quality, teamwork, and consistency. You will: Oversee daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets Ensure consistent, high‑quality food production that exceeds guest expectations Support and train cooks across multiple stations Lead the team in the absence of a Sous Chef Maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, teamwork, and efficiency Contribute to cost‑control efforts and productivity goals This is a Full‑Time position requiring schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays . Qualifications You're a strong match for this role if you: Bring 2+ years of culinary experience Have basic cost‑control knowledge Are skilled across a variety of cooking methods and stations Communicate clearly and lead with confidence Stay calm, professional, and positive – even during high‑volume periods Have the stamina to stand for the full shift and lift/push/pull moderate weight Are passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience Culinary degree or hotel culinary experience preferred What We Offer We take care of our colleagues so they can take care of our guests.
