We are in search of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Akron Ohio.
As a Plasterer you will be responsible for applying plaster stucco or other materials to walls ceilings and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings.
This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them using sandpaper or wire brushes
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply coats of plaster or stucco over surfaces using trowels brushes or spray guns
- Finish and smooth out the surface with hand or power tools
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow building plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy of work
- Ensure safety standards are met on job site at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plasterer is required
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques is a must
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Must have physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic English skills are preferred but not required
