Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Submit and transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation. Transport portable X-Ray equipment into facilities to carry out exams as ordered. Ensure clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray images are obtained. Perform EKGs when necessary and send them to a Cardiologist for review. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily. Communicate regularly with dispatch and management. Interact efficiently and professionally with peers and supervisory staff. Maintain the vehicle and X-ray equipment. The physical demands require the ability to push or pull weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs, with the weight decreasing when using vehicle ramps and pulleys. In a facility or home, the weight may increase, requiring significant physical effort multiple times a day. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
