# Office TechnicianApplylocations: Mooresville, North Carolinatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR5819STV has an immediate need for an **Office Technician** in the **Mooresville, NC** area to support NCDOT Resident Engineers and CEI technicians and engineers.**Job Responsibilities**Support NCDOT construction and CEI contracts providing administrative and technical support tasks for highway and bridge construction projects. More specifically:* Manage various office and administrative tasks within NCDOT construction office* Assist with administration of construction projects* Review contractor certified payroll records* Maintain documentation for wage rate interviews* Assist with construction project closeout, documentation, and reporting* Prepare various documents and reports as directed* Monitor inspector certifications expirations and register them for classes* Compile construction contract records* Organize and maintain various construction files* Perform data entry into HiCams, ensuring compliance with contract documents* Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as directed**Specific Requirements*** Min of 3 years of related experience* Associates degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study (education requirement may be waived with additional years of experience)* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software* Proficiency with HiCams softwareCompensation Range:$52,503.00 - $59,663.00**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
