RN House Supervisor Days

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026. Position Summary Supervises nursing staff, assesses patient needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs. Pay Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable. CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified Desired Qualifications Inpatient rehabilitation experience Previous supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
