This position requires strong technical expertise, the ability to interpret engineering documentation, and experience working with minimal supervision while supporting production efficiency, quality standards, and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced electrical assembly, wiring, and integration of components, harnesses, panels, and systems.Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bill of materials (BOMs).Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues in assemblies and systems.Conduct electrical testing using multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.Validate assemblies meet specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.Support engineering teams with prototype builds, design feedback, and process improvements.Train and mentor junior technicians (Level 1 and Level 2).Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.Ensure all work complies with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.Accurately document work performed, test results, and any deviations.Maintain organized workstations and adhere to 6S practices.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
