Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Completion of health-related immunizations and screenings.
• Professional references in nursing.
• Familiarity with Bassett Core Competencies and Skills Checklist.
