Patient Support Specialist
$15 per hourGrowing medical equipment supply company is looking for a new member for our team. This position will work directly with our patients to troubleshoot customer service related issues involving their medical equipment. We are looking for candidates with strong computer, phone and customer service skills. You must be organized, be able to multi-task and have a pleasant professional demeanor. We are a proud Veteran owned and operated company that provides focused medical supplies and service to patients worldwide. salary: $15 - $16 per hour

- Utilize computer systems to process new TRICARE orders and dispatch setup technicians
- Communicate with patients, referral sources, physicians, and technicians via phone, email, and fax
- Update patient and referral source information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, etc.)
- Facilitate equipment needs of setup technicians
- Manage and update “Start-to-Setup Workflow Report” daily and discuss with assigned Account Manager
- Type documents and correspondence and send to patients and customers
- Roll-over phone support as needed
- Escalate issues to Account Manager or General Manager
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current services and supplies offered
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Occasionally opening and/or closing office
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

- Years of experience: 2 years
- Experience level: Experienced
