This team handles sophisticated disputes across U.S. district courts and PTAB proceedings , including inter partes review (IPR) . Handle PTAB proceedings , including inter partes review (IPR) . Draft substantive briefs, motions, and PTAB filings. Take an active role in fact and expert discovery , including depositions . Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, technical analysis, and client interaction . Engage with technologies such as semiconductors, networking, data compression, digital video, and related systems Anticipated Compensation: Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience, background, and qualifications. Requirements 4–6 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm. At least 4 years of solid district court litigation experience . Experience with IPR/PTAB proceedings strongly preferred . Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field (required). Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration preferred , but not required.
