Other warehouse clerk duties and responsibilities includes keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels; putting labels on goods; maintaining the warehouse area.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to our customersProactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customersLead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipmentPoint of contact for Drivers returning with equipmentSupport Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment.Perform Quality Control Checks on all ordersAssist in locating equipment and shipping logisticsShipping/receiving including completing Hazmat Shipping CertificationPerform daily cycle counts inventory controlResolves internal and external customer problemsMaintain Warehouse CleanlinessOther duties, as assignedKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMicrosoft Office proficiencyAbility to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshootingExcellent communication skills- written, verbal, interpersonal & phone.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.Detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting with peers and colleagues.Solid planning and organizational skills.Monitor inventory.Maintain accurate labeling of equipment.Fills orders or issues supplies from stockChecks physical condition of supplies/inventoryCounts materials, documents and other itemsRecords numbers, codes or other informationBe able to use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasksA flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environmentEducation/ExperienceHigh School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferredEnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
