Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Helpers to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Production Helpers play an important role in supporting packaging and wrap-up operations, keeping products moving efficiently through conveyor systems, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work at a steady pace around automated equipment.

Pay: $20.26 per hour

Schedule

This position follows a swing schedule transitioning from days to nights:

• Sunday: 6:00 AM
• Monday: 6:00 AM
• Tuesday: 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: Off
• 12-hour shifts
• Schedule may vary based on production needs.
• Must be available to work extended shifts as required.
• Must be able to transition from day-shift hours to night-shift hours during the workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines feeding packaging areas to help prevent backups, spills, and product waste.
• Assist with packaging and wrap-up operations to maintain a steady flow of product.
• Monitor automated equipment and report equipment issues, jams, or abnormalities to supervisors or leads.
• Assist with loading, moving, and handling materials as needed.
• Perform general production support duties throughout the manufacturing process.
• Remove waste and maintain clean production areas.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Comfortable working around automated machinery and conveyor systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to identify and report production issues promptly.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all company safety procedures.
• Must be willing and able to work both day and night shifts according to the scheduled rotation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and move around the production area.
• Ability to safely handle light materials and production-related items.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery, conveyors, and production equipment.
