In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

Compensation and Schedule Pay Rate: $24.70 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission. Full-Time schedule: 5 days/week, hours 12:05pm to 8:00pm. About the Role We’re looking for In-Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands-on sales experience. Responsibilities Serve: Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are. Asurion will pre-schedule customer interactions, so you have the opportunity to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first. Solve: Utilize your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution, regardless of their tech knowledge. Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs. Sell: Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions to customers. Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs. Use strong negotiation and communications skills to make a smooth pivot and achieve the appropriate sale. Requirements / What you’ll bring Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan) A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Travel up to 120 miles one-way; customer service appointments are in neighborhoods surrounding the inventory warehouse.
