We’re starting with Sophia, an end-to-end agentic matchmaker that uses advanced language and computer-vision models to deliver highly tailored introductions . Sophia is built on the latest relationship science – instead of swiping, you talk, Sophia listens, and intelligently learns your personality, lifestyle, and worldview, introducing you to someone who is the right fit for you. Sophia will launch as an invite-only community, growing intentionally before opening more broadly.

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive new member growth for Sophia. You will own user acquisition from end to end by finding the right people to bring onto the platform. Part ambassador, part tastemaker, part connector, you carry Sophia’s ethos and aesthetic into your city, open doors, and extend invitations that reflect the quality and intention of our membership community. You will find growth targets, and turn a cold market into a living network of the right people. The work is refined field marketing with a growth mandate, led by a genuine understanding of people. 

In the role, you will:

• Grow Sophia’s membership and network across your market

• Create events and partnerships that put Sophia in front of high-quality potential members.  
\n
• Represent Sophia authentically across your city and your circles, in a way that draws in the right people.
\n
• Attend the events and gatherings where Sophia’s future members already spend their time, and invite the best to be part of the Sophia community.
\n
• Share Sophia’s story through your own platforms and following to attract aligned members.
\n
• Host product development sessions and gather feedback with members to refine Sophia.
\n
• Report back on cultural trends, tastemakers, and potential partners.

• A natural connector, warm and inviting, attuned to people, energy, and culture.
\n
• A refined aesthetic, with an appreciation for design, detail, and intelligence.
\n
• Experienced in lifestyle, wellness, luxury, or community-driven roles.
\n
• Entrepreneurial and high-agency, able to move with pace while keeping your poise.
\n
• Bonus: an established presence on Instagram, TikTok, or a similar platform.

• Experience in lifestyle marketing (e.g., fashion, beauty, wellness, or hospitality).
\n
• Prior roles in membership management or brand partnerships at private clubs, boutique hotels, or cultural institutions
\n
• Background in fashion PR, brand ambassadorship, or experiential marketing, especially where aesthetics and human connection intersect.
\n
• Content creator or influencer with a refined, high-end audience and a demonstrated ability to shape cultural trends.
\n
• Experience in community, events, or talent relations, someone who intuitively connects people and curates meaningful gatherings.

• Term: a three-month contract, with the option to extend or expand based on fit and results.
