The Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently accepting application for a Maintenance Position. This is an Evening / Night shift position part-time and full-time with benefits. Year-round employment and advancement opportunity! Job Description Perform general maintenance (painting, plumbing, electrical) PM / Room Calls Promptly respond to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns. Ensure outside premises is clear of debris and trash Responsible for closing pool areas nightly Other duties as assigned Must own hand tools Pools a plus Driver's License is REQUIRED CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Experience Maintenance - 2-3 years (preferred) Weekends and Holidays required Benefits Health 401(k) Vacation Part-time and Full-time Competitive Pay Paid weekly #J-18808-Ljbffr
