Telecare Corporation seeks a Case Manager Substance Use Counselor Certified to serve clients with mental illness focusing on substance use. You will act as the primary support and case manager to foster independent living in the community, coordinating care and services. Required CADC/CATC/SUDCC or equivalent certification and at least 6 months in addictions settings, with CPR/First Aid/CPI and a valid driver’s license.
