G2K Labs (McLean, VA) builds ATLAS, CAST, and LIMA for law-enforcement and related customers. We’re hiring an early-career Project Manager who already has training and some real project experience — not a first internship, not a senior director seat.

You’ll run both customer/partner delivery and internal initiatives: plans, timelines, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, and clean status. Spanish is required. You must be able to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance.

What you’ll do

• Plan and track projects across delivery and internal workstreams
• Coordinate sales, engineering, partners, and customers; drive meetings and decisions
• Support kickoffs, implementations, and closeout for assigned projects
• Use Spanish with stakeholders when needed (calls, notes, light correspondence under direction)
• Escalate blockers early; keep documentation current

Requirements (must-haves)

• Early-career project management experience (associate PM, coordinator-to-PM, or similar) plus formal PM training (CAPM, PMP coursework, university PM program, bootcamp, or equivalent)
• Professional Spanish — speak, read, and write
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance (U.S. person / clearance-eligible; employment contingent on eligibility; G2K Labs will not sponsor for this requirement)
• Strong written English; organized; reliable follow-through
• Able to work hybrid in the McLean, VA area (on-site as needed)

Nice to have

• Exposure to government, law enforcement, or federal contracting
• Familiarity with telecom, location analytics, or lawful-intercept adjacent tech
• Tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Notion, Microsoft 365
• Occasional travel OK
