Maintenance Technician

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at our Service Center: 161 Industrial Park Rd Greer, SC 29651.

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support activities on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines. This role supports vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to established maintenance and safety standards.

The pay for this position starts at $18.50 / hour. We offer hourly pay, we are not a flat rate shop.

Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Schedule Available:

• Sunday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Saturday: 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines
• Repair and replace tires
• Replace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all services
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy backs
• Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Apart from religious observations must have open availability to work the posted schedule (40 hours per week)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required
