CSR Teller

We are seeking a polished and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Teller to join a community banking team serving an affluent client base. This is a dual CSR/Teller position; however, the role will be primarily focused on customer service and relationship support , as teller transaction volume is relatively low. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, coachable, and committed to delivering a high level of personalized service. We are looking for someone who works well within a team and is interested in growing their career with the Bank. Provide high-touch, professional customer service to branch clients. Assist customers with account inquiries, maintenance requests, and general banking needs. Support new account opening and ongoing account servicing. Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to better serve their banking needs. Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently as needed. Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactions. Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and promptly. Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking solutions. Maintain accurate customer and transaction documentation. Follow all Bank policies, procedures, security standards, and internal controls. Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, KYC, and other applicable banking regulations. Collaborate with branch team members to provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain a polished and professional presence when interacting with clients. Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within the Bank. Job Qualifications Previous banking, branch banking, customer service, or teller experience strongly preferred. Customer-facing experience within a professional environment required. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Professional and polished communication skills. Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfortable performing both CSR and teller responsibilities as needed.
