Amy Chmielewski Agency in Becker, MN is looking for a c ustomer Service-focused Office Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a supportive office environment.

Insurance experience is not required. We're open to entry-level candidates who are dependable, personable, eager to learn, and excited about building a career in a professional office setting.

What You'll Do
As an Office Representative, you'll help support the day-to-day operations of the agency while providing a positive experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with policy questions, account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers as needed to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed.
• Help customers navigate their insurance needs and connect them with the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination.
• Learn insurance products, agency procedures, and computer systems.
• Work closely with the agency team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
