Role Description The Accounting Assistant role at Botach Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include posting transactions in accounting software, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with month-end closing tasks. The role will also involve organizing documentation, responding to internal inquiries about payments or account balances, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Accounting Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and provide consistent support to the accounting and management teams. Qualifications Solid understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping principles, with the ability to apply them to daily transactions. Experience working with Accounting Software and basic Financial Statements, including data entry and report generation. Foundational knowledge of Finance concepts related to budgeting, cash flow, and general ledger activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in numerical work. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
