We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Operations Associate to support a fast-paced financial services team. This role focuses on reviewing client accounts, analyzing account information, researching details, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time.

Schedule & Environment

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 5 days onsite in Plano, TX
• Overtime may be available or required based on business volume, with higher-volume periods during the summer

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client accounts, statements, and account data
• Research account details and determine appropriate next steps
• Manage account-related requests from start to finish
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve questions and remove blockers
• Track pending requests and ensure timely completion
• Prepare status updates, reports, metrics, and presentations
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities to improve processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and procedures
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Open to recent graduates with relevant education, internships, or transferable experience
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to interpret and synthesize account information
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of assigned work
• Experience with client accounts, account statements, financial services, or operations is a plus
• Experience preparing reports or presentations is helpful
