Compensation: $115,000 – $170,000 (Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus) High performers regularly earn above this range, and total compensation has no ceiling. This role is based in our St. Louis office. You'll handle all aspects of representing clients in their workers' compensation matters — from the moment a case opens through resolution — while providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure full compliance with workers' compensation laws, regulations, and labor codes. What You'll Do Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and claim status throughout their matter Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients Draft case materials, correspondence, pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared by you and your team Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff in compliance with all workers' compensation laws and regulations What We're Looking For Required Eligibility to obtain an Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity) Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, SharePoint) Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred At least one year of workers' compensation experience (strong candidates with relevant litigation background will also be considered) Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service Attorneys who want to lead find real opportunity here.
