Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage multiple concurrent, mission-driven programs and bring structure, organization, and accountability to a fast-moving environment. This individual will work closely with program leadership to manage roadmaps, deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and cross-program priorities.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly absorb complex information, create structure without rigidity, and independently drive work forward. This is not an engineering-focused TPM role; experience with program evaluation, learning/assessment, data, and practical AI usage is highly valued.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple programs, roadmaps, deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
  
  
• Build project plans and create structure across complex workstreams
  
  
• Coordinate stakeholders and proactively identify risks, blockers, and priorities
  
  
• Support new program launches and change management initiatives
  
  
• Support program evaluation through surveys, interviews, assessments, and data synthesis
  
  
• Translate complex findings into clear updates for non-technical audiences
  
  
• Leverage AI tools to improve project management, analysis, communication, and productivity
  
  
• Support both strategic initiatives and hands-on tactical program needs
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-7 years of project, program, or technical program management experience
  
  
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  
  
• Strong roadmap, timeline, deliverable, and stakeholder management experience
  
  
• Experience with program evaluation, learning design, assessment, research, or a related field
  
  
• Experience with survey design, interviews, basic statistics, and/or mixed-methods analysis
  
  
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana
  
  
• Experience with data/visualization tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, or similar
  
  
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day workflows
  
  
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  
  
• Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government, civic tech, higher education, nonprofit, consulting, or social-impact experience
• Experience with change management and program launches
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Interest in public service or mission-driven work
