What You'll Be Doing (depending on experience level) Assist in or lead the preparation of bids from design through final closeout Review project ads, plans, specs, and addenda Perform detailed take‑offs for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes Solicit pricing and build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Support or lead internal bid reviews Develop scope narratives, clarifications, and RFI logs Contribute to historical cost tracking and database management Collaborate with engineers, owners, consultants, and field operations Provide change order pricing and support handoff to operations Who You Are 10+ years in construction estimating (water/wastewater focus preferred) Skilled with hard bid, design‑build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades Proven ability to mentor and lead bid teams Comfortable engaging directly with clients, engineers, and partners Why Join Felix Construction Felix Construction is more than a company—we are an employer and contractor of choice with the leadership and infrastructure to sustainably execute on our growth and deliver on our brand promise.
