Join usas we seek an Academic Dean for our Rowlett TX campus to expand and refine our training courses while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment development and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.

Responsibilities of an Academic Dean

• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
• Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence
• Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
• Encourage and support faculty development training onboarding and evaluations
• Focus on faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs

Requirements of an Academic Dean

• Bachelors degree
• 5 years of management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a proprietary career school highly desired.
• Masters degree in Education or related field
