BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking DSP / Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. As a DSP / Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities-helping them reach their full potential. We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations throughout Montgomery and Bucks Counties-allowing you to find the balance that works best for you!

Shift options include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

We are currently seeking DSP / Direct Support Professionals in the following locations:

• Norristown

• Ambler

• King of Prussia

How You'll Make an Impact as a DSP / Direct Support Professional:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments

• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00/hr. with a weekly pay schedule

• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)

Qualifications for Our DSP / Direct Support Professionals:

• One or more years of experience working withintellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)

• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)

• Ability to transport clients to community outings

Locations We're Hiring: Norristown, Ambler, Collegeville, Royersford, King of Prussia, Blue Bell

Type: Part-Time, Weekdays, Weekends available

Pay rate: based on experience, $18 / hr, mileage reimbursement
