Attorney PositionSeeking an Attorney to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of client service and legal excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Attorney will support the firm's trust and estate planning practice, with a primary focus on trust administration, estate administration, and advising clients on estate, gift, and property tax matters.Assist with the administration of trusts and decedents' estatesAdvise clients on estate, gift, and property tax issuesDraft estate planning documents and related correspondenceCommunicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and advisorsManage a demanding workload with attention to detail and deadlinesCollaborate closely with partners and other team membersQualifications2-4 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administrationDemonstrated experience with estate planning matters (minimum 2 years required)Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skillsProven interpersonal skills and professionalismAbility to take initiative and assume increasing responsibilityActive and good-standing membership with the California State BarCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $120,000 - $210,000 annually, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including:401(k)Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
