Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Design Focus)

Our client is looking for an organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing projects, create and update marketing materials, coordinate special projects, and provide administrative support to a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and has experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. While you'll create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Canva, you will also coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and update graphics for social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other company needs using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Maintain and refresh existing marketing content and collateral ( this is not a company rebranding role )
• Coordinate marketing and special projects from start to finish
• Support multiple departments with administrative and project-related tasks
• Organize marketing assets, project timelines, and documentation
• Assist with office projects and day-to-day administrative responsibilities as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Previous experience in graphic design, marketing support, or project coordination
• strong organizational and administrative skills—you'll spend part of your day supporting projects and office operations, not just designing
• Comfortable working in a smaller company environment , where responsibilities vary from day to day
• Understand that graphic design work will not fill every hour of the day . There will be administrative responsibilities when creative projects are lighter.
• Must be reliable and able to work 100% onsite for the entire scheduled shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities

This role is 100% in office, must pass a BGC/DT if role is offered
