HR Manager

Job Description The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at Atilar Pharma. This includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively Managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations Overseeing the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Managing performance appraisal and performance management processes Overseeing the development and implementation of HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives Managing the HRIS system and ensuring accurate and timely HR data entry and reporting Participating in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and objective Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in human resources management Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required At Atilar Pharma, we are committed to providing a challenging and rewarding work environment for our employees.
