Open Role Content & Social Media Marketer Remote (US) or Bothell, WA (Hybrid) Full-time Run content and social across 5 brands - MCTechnology, Globixs, TechQuantaX YouTube, MCT PathAI, and MCTResto. Execute the existing SOP (Claude + Blotato + CapCut + Canva) and turn our AI-product suite into a distribution machine. Job Description About the role MCTechnology runs multiple brands - our agency (MCTechnology), our IT consultancy (Globixs), our YouTube channel (TechQuantaX, 'The AI Era'), and our product brands (PathAI, Realty, Resto). We have a full Social Media Content SOP built around Claude, Blotato, CapCut, and Canva. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is executing it. That's you. You'll own content and social across all brands, ship consistently on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and build the top of our funnel so sales has something to work with. What you'll do Execute the existing Social Media Content SOP across MCTechnology, Globixs, and product brands Run the TechQuantaX YouTube channel - script, edit, publish, and grow Ship LinkedIn content daily on the founder's page (linkedin.com/in/rajsainaredla09) and company pages Create short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) from long-form YouTube using CapCut Design carousels, graphics, and product marketing assets in Canva Write product marketing copy for landing pages (PathAI, Realty, Resto, Globixs CareerAI) Manage community channels - WhatsApp groups, Discord servers, beta user threads Track what works: views, engagement, signups, leads - and double down on it Tech stack you'll use Claude Blotato CapCut Canva LinkedIn YouTube Studio Instagram TikTok Notion or Google Docs basic analytics (YouTube, LinkedIn, GA4) Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years creating content for a brand, startup, or agency Proven track record growing at least one social channel (show the numbers) Strong writing - LinkedIn posts, video scripts, landing page copy Video editing in CapCut, Descript, or equivalent - short-form ready to ship Design fluency in Canva (or Figma) Comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, and AI tools for drafting - but with taste Self-directed; can ship daily without being micromanaged Nice to have: experience running multi-brand content at once Nice to have: YouTube channel growth experience (scripting, thumbnails, retention) Nice to have: experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B content Nice to have: SEO basics and landing-page copywriting Preferred Qualifications Client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience owning end-to-end delivery outcomes.
