Entry Level Account Manager

In this role, you don’t need years of experience to succeed; what matters most is your communication style, strong work ethic, and willingness to be coached. You’ll receive structured training and hands-on exposure across the full B2B sales cycle, supported by daily coaching and a high-energy team environment.

What you’ll do:  

• Connect directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their unique needs 
• Learn to guide consultative conversations and present business solutions that deliver real value 
• Gain hands-on experience across the entire sales process—from initial outreach to close 
• Utilize modern CRM tools to manage leads, stay organized, and build strong sales habits 
• Participate in daily coaching, skill-building, and one-on-one mentorship sessions with sales leaders 
• Work closely with a driven, high-performance team that supports your growth and celebrates wins

What we’re looking for:  

• Background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred 
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with new people 
• A goal-oriented, competitive, and coachable mindset 
• Comfortable taking initiative and initiating conversations with prospective clients
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM tools quickly
