What You'll Do
- Build: Recruit, mentor, and coach new agents as you grow your agency and scale to multi-state agencies across US and Canada..
- Transact: Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Recommend personalized insurance and financial solutions.
- Build lasting client relationships through education and service.
- Develop your client base through networking and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
