Commercial Landscape Account Manager

$70K–$80K Base + Bonus | Target Earnings $100K+

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio across South Florida.
This is approximately an 80% field-based role focused primarily on existing-account management, retention, enhancement opportunities, and customer relationships, with a company vehicle provided.
What You’ll Own
- Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
- Build strong relationships with commercial clients, HOAs, and associations
- Monitor account revenue, profitability, service quality, and retention
- Conduct regular property/site visits
- Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities
- Develop estimates for enhancement projects
- Coordinate service delivery with field operations
- Resolve customer issues proactively
- Participate in board and association meetings
- Support receivables, collections, and selective new business development
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of directly related commercial landscaping experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts
- Knowledge of estimating and enhancement/new-project work
- Strong customer relationship and account-management skills
- Ability to understand account profitability and field operations
- Aspire software experience highly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
