Microsoft Enterprise Services Architect / Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and authentication services.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions.
- Lead Modern Workplace support operations, ensuring service availability and continuous improvement.
- Develop solution architecture, governance standards, and operational best practices.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and SLA performance while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
- Experience in Modern Workplace solution design, support operations, and vendor/SLA management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
