Data Entry

Responsibilities:

• Address external / internal emails.
• Create export USDA health certificates.
• Submit booking request.
• Complete port clearance documents.
• Keep updated excel reports used in department.
• Answer phones calls.
• Sign out drivers.
• Upload completed shipping packets to portal.
• Interacting with USDA inspectors.
• Work with the Shipping department to ensure all containers leave in timely fashion.
• Work with customer claims.

The above list of Responsibilities is not the only responsibilities that a documentation specialist is required to do. This is a first-shift position.
