Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist
Bon Secours Mercy Health
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Urbana Medical Office Building. You will register patients, verify demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, and explain financial options with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include processing admissions paperwork, collecting payments, updating medical records, and assisting with referrals and online scheduling.
